• Attempting to manipulate the platform through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to harass or defraud other users.

Khela BD reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• If any evidence of a Terms violation is found.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• If KYC verification fails or required documents are not submitted.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may also request account closure at any time. Once closed, any valid balance will be refunded, but bonus balances will be forfeited.
